Do you document other things alongside the self-check or the CE marking? Now you can add a form of your own.
A handover checklist, a fire door inspection, something a particular customer insists on. Now you can build it yourself.
The form editor
Under company settings you build a form from scratch. Add sections, and fields inside them: text, options, checkboxes, dates and numbers.
Draft, publish, archive
A form stays a draft until you publish it, so you can work on the next version without disturbing anyone mid-job. Archive it when it has done its work.
In the documentation
A published form shows up as its own step when you document an installation, and the answers are rendered into the PDF with the rest.
